NANO TEARS 0.05% EYE DROPS contains Cyclosporin which belongs to the group of medicines called Immunosuppressants. It is used to treat severe dry eye syndrome (keratoconjunctivitis sicca) in children and in adolescents (aged between 4-18 years).
Dry Eye Syndrome (also known as keratoconjunctivitis sicca) is an allergic eye condition that affects the transparent layer in the front part of the eye and the thin membrane covering the front part of the eye. It is characterized by excessive eye dryness, redness, itching, inflammation and discomfort. Persons having dry eye syndrome do not produce sufficient tears to lubricate and nourish the eyes.

Acular LS Ophthalmic Solution is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used after eye surgery to treat pain and inflammation. It may also be used for other conditions such as seasonal allergies. This medicine is used generally for short-term treatment only.
Acular LS Ophthalmic Solution should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to avoid contamination. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid.
