Aller Nil Eye Drop is a medicine used to treat allergic eye diseases. It helps provide relief from allergy symptoms such as inflammation (redness and swelling), itchiness, and watery eyes.
Aller Nil Eye Drop is for external use only. Follow the instructions given by your doctor and use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit. You should gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid and wipe off extra liquid. Always wash your hands and do not touch the end of the dropper. This could infect your eye. Make sure you remove contact lenses if you wear them and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back. Never use a bottle if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time.
It is generally safe to use, but you might experience a stinging sensation on application. If these bother you or you experience any other side effects, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them.

Aller Nil O Eye Drop belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. It is used to treat seasonal allergic conjunctivitis (infection, itching, redness, and swelling of the eye) caused due to pollens, dust, animal fur, and other allergens.
Follow your doctor’s instructions precisely for using Aller Nil O Eye Drop in your eyes. It should be used regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by your doctor. Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml belongs to a group of medicines called mydriatics and cycloplegics used to treat uveitis or iritis (inflammation in the eye) and myopia (near-sightedness). It is also indicated for cycloplegia (paralysis of the ciliary eye muscle), mydriasis (dilation of the pupil), and the penalisation of the healthy eye in the treatment of amblyopia (decreased eyesight due to abnormal vision development). Besides this, Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml is also used before certain eye examinations to widen the pupil and to diagnose eye problems such as blurred vision in children below 6 years and in children with convergent strabismus (cross-eyes or squint).
Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml contains ‘atropine’, which relaxes the muscles in the eye, thereby making the pupil of the eye appear larger. This makes it easier for an eye examination. Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml reduces pain and allows the inflamed part of the eye to rest and recover by relaxing the eye muscles.
Aurocaine Eye Drop contains Proparacaine which belongs to the group of medicines called Local anesthetic agents. It is indicated for topical anesthesia in ophthalmic practice. It is used to cause temporary numbness of the eye, prior to any eye examination (such as tonometry or gonioscope) or ophthalmic procedures (such as cataracts, conjunctival scraping or removal of sutures or foreign bodies from the eye).
Proparacaine is a fast-acting local anesthetic agent.
