Just Tears Eye Ointment is used to provide temporary relief from irritation, burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eyes. It contains carboxymethylcellulose (carmellose) as its main component. It acts as a lubricant and helps in restoring the natural moisture of your eyes using natural tears. Dryness in the eyes can be due to various factors such as wind, sunlight, prolonged use of computers and staying in air-conditioned setups. Before using these Just Tears Eye Ointment, please discuss with your doctor if you have any other eye conditions.

Acular LS Ophthalmic Solution is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used after eye surgery to treat pain and inflammation. It may also be used for other conditions such as seasonal allergies. This medicine is used generally for short-term treatment only.
Acular LS Ophthalmic Solution should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to avoid contamination. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. The dropper tip should not come in direct contact with the affected area as there are chances of infection. Wipe off extra liquid.

Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml belongs to a group of medicines called mydriatics and cycloplegics used to treat uveitis or iritis (inflammation in the eye) and myopia (near-sightedness). It is also indicated for cycloplegia (paralysis of the ciliary eye muscle), mydriasis (dilation of the pupil), and the penalisation of the healthy eye in the treatment of amblyopia (decreased eyesight due to abnormal vision development). Besides this, Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml is also used before certain eye examinations to widen the pupil and to diagnose eye problems such as blurred vision in children below 6 years and in children with convergent strabismus (cross-eyes or squint).
Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml contains ‘atropine’, which relaxes the muscles in the eye, thereby making the pupil of the eye appear larger. This makes it easier for an eye examination. Atrop Eye Drops 5 ml reduces pain and allows the inflamed part of the eye to rest and recover by relaxing the eye muscles.
Aurocaine Eye Drop contains Proparacaine which belongs to the group of medicines called Local anesthetic agents. It is indicated for topical anesthesia in ophthalmic practice. It is used to cause temporary numbness of the eye, prior to any eye examination (such as tonometry or gonioscope) or ophthalmic procedures (such as cataracts, conjunctival scraping or removal of sutures or foreign bodies from the eye).
Proparacaine is a fast-acting local anesthetic agent. It decreases pain sensation and cause temporary numbness in the eye by blocking the transfer of pain signals from the peripheral part of the body (i.e., eye) to the brain. Aurocaine Eye Drop is a very fast acting anesthetic agent which brings in anesthesia within 30 seconds of application and the anesthetic effects may last up to 10-15 minutes or longer.
Auromide Plus Eye Drop is used for examination of the eye for detection of any eye disease. It acts by enlarging the pupil of the eyes and helps the doctor visualize the eye more closely.
Auromide Plus Eye Drop is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Refrain from touching the tip of the dropper to any surface to avoid contaminating the eye drops.
Using a Auromide Plus Eye Drop can make your eyes more sensitive to light. Thus, wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from sunlight and other bright lights. The common side effects include pain, stinging, blurring of the vision, photophobia, and allergic reaction. Usually, these symptoms resolve quickly.
However, if the symptoms persist or get worse, contact your doctor. It is not advised to drive after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of the vision and may affect your ability to drive.

It is used to treat open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension (both linked to increased pressure in the eye). Glaucoma is a group of diseases characterized by gradual damage to the optic nerve (nerves that carry visual messages), that may result in loss of vision. Prior to the treatment, your doctor may want you to take certain eye tests to understand your existing condition.
Before using AUROPROST RT EYE DROPS, inform your doctor if you or your child have eye problems (pain, irritation or inflammation of eyes, blurred vision or dry eyes) or viral infection of the eye. Also inform your doctor if you have severe asthma, are using contact lens or going to have an eye surgery (cataract surgery).

Azopt Opthalmic Suspension is a medicine used to reduce increased pressure in the eye, in people with glaucoma or ocular hypertension(high pressure in the eye). If the pressure in your eye is too high it can damage your sight. Azopt Opthalmic Suspension works by decreasing the amount of fluid inside the eye.
Never use Azopt Opthalmic Suspension if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time. Wash your hands before using it and shake the bottle well before each use. If you wear contact lenses, make sure you remove them before instilling them and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back. Do not stop using this medicine without asking your doctor. Otherwise, the pressure in your eye will not be controlled and this could damage your sight.
The most common side effects are blurred vision and a bitter taste in your mouth. Sometimes people experience more general effects such as shortness of breath, dizziness, tiredness, or heart palpitations. If your vision is blurred or you have other changes in sight for a time, do not drive until your vision is clear.
Do not use this medicine if you have severe kidney problems or are allergic to medicines called sulphonamides. Talk to your doctor before taking it if you have liver problems, dry eyes, or cornea problems. This medicine is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use other eye medications unless your doctor tells you to.
Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm is used to treat elevated intraocular pressure (high pressure inside the eye) in people with ocular hypertension and certain types of glaucoma. It lowers the pressure in the eye by decreasing the production of fluid and reduces the risk of vision loss.
Always wash your hands before using Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm. Use only the number of drops that your doctor has prescribed and wait for about five minutes between each drop. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. If you are also using another eye medicine, wait for at least 10 minutes before using it. Read the leaflet that comes with the medicine for a full guide on how to use the drops and get the most benefit. Do not touch the tip of the dropper or bottle. This may lead to infection. You should use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit and it is best done at the same time(s) each day. If you want to stop using it, consult your doctor first.
The most common side effects are irritation or pain in the eye, watery or dry eyes, inflammation of the eyelid or surface of the eye, headache, and dizziness. There are other less common side effects affecting other parts of the body, some of which may be serious as Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm is absorbed into the systemic circulation. You should not use this medicine if you have asthma, severe COPD, or a serious heart condition. Inform your doctor if you have, or have had, coronary heart disease, heart failure, diabetes, breathing problems, an overactive thyroid gland or liver, or kidney disease. It is not known if this medicine will harm an unborn baby but tell your doctor if you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant. Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm should not be used if you are breastfeeding.
