Aurocaine Eye Drop contains Proparacaine which belongs to the group of medicines called Local anesthetic agents. It is indicated for topical anesthesia in ophthalmic practice. It is used to cause temporary numbness of the eye, prior to any eye examination (such as tonometry or gonioscope) or ophthalmic procedures (such as cataracts, conjunctival scraping or removal of sutures or foreign bodies from the eye).

Proparacaine is a fast-acting local anesthetic agent. It decreases pain sensation and cause temporary numbness in the eye by blocking the transfer of pain signals from the peripheral part of the body (i.e., eye) to the brain. Aurocaine Eye Drop is a very fast acting anesthetic agent which brings in anesthesia within 30 seconds of application and the anesthetic effects may last up to 10-15 minutes or longer.

Auroflur Eye Drop is a pain relieving medicine. It is used for treatment of postoperative eye pain and inflammation.

Always wash your hands before using Auroflur Eye Drop. Use only the number of drops that your doctor has prescribed and wait for about five minutes between each drop. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. You should not touch the tip of the dropper or bottle. This may lead to infection.

The most common side effects are blurred vision, irritation or pain in the eye, and watery or dry eyes. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they persist or get worse, you should let your doctor know.

Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor about all the other medicines you are taking. You should also tell your doctor if you have any other medical conditions or disorders. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult with their doctors before using the medicine.

This medicine is not likely to affect or be affected by other medicines you use but tell your doctor if you have ever had glaucoma. Aurosol Eye Drop is suitable for use with all types of contact lens.

Aurosporine Eye Drop is a medicine used for the treatment of dry eyes. It allows for increased tear production by decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye. This keeps the eyes lubricated and reduces discomfort.

Never use Aurosporine Eye Drop if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time. Wash your hands before using it and shake the bottle well before each use. Always wash your hands before using Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm. Use only the number of drops that your doctor has prescribed and wait for about five minutes between each drop. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait for at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. If you are also using another eye medicine, wait for at least 10 minutes before using it. The most common side effects are irritation or pain in the eye, watery or dry eyes, inflammation of the eyelid or surface of the eye, headache, and dizziness. There are other less common side effects affecting other parts of the body, some of which may be serious as Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm is absorbed into the systemic circulation. Read the leaflet that comes with the medicine and consult your doctor if you are bothered by any side effects.

You should not use this medicine if you have asthma, severe COPD, or a serious heart condition. Inform your doctor if you have, or have had, coronary heart disease, heart failure, diabetes, breathing problems, an overactive thyroid gland or liver, or kidney disease. It is not known if this medicine will harm an unborn baby but tell your doctor if you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant. Betagan 0.5% Liquifilm should not be used if you are breastfeeding.
