Baidyanath (Jhansi) Kaharwa Pishti Powder is a natural ayurvedic product recommended for menstrual disorders in women and can effectively prevent bleeding disorders. Kaharwa is amber or fossil bright, clean and yellow resin and is also called trinakantamani pishti. It can be beneficial in dealing with heart disorders, dysentery, rectal bleeding, diarrhoea, excessive uterine bleeding, heavy menstruation and inflammatory diseases of the abdomen.
