Pazoci 400 Tablet is a protein kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of kidney cancer and soft tissue sarcoma.

Pazoci 400 Tablet should be taken in a dose as recommended by the doctor. You should continue to take it as long as your doctor advises for it. The duration of treatment varies according to your need and response to treatment. Doctor may advice for regular monitoring of your blood pressure as Pazoci 400 Tablet can cause high blood pressure.

Women who are undergoing treatment should use effective contraception method. It is important to avoid pregnancy during the treatment and for one month after completing the course of medicine. Diarrhea may occur as its side effect, so drink plenty of fluids. But, you must inform doctor if it does not stop. Weight loss may occur but you may consult dietitian or increase food portion to overcome this side effect. It may also cause change in color of hair, and abnormal skin pigmentation. However, if it bothers you than it is better to consult with doctor.
